Baptisms are celebrated on the first and third Sunday’s of each month.

It is neccesary for children of school age who wish to be baptised are required to attend baptismal instruction classes

Priority is given to families living within our Parish boundaries and families who have a connection with our Parish.

Baptisms are held twice per month for children under the age of 5 years, on Sundays after the 9.30am mass. Parents and child/children are presented

The parents meet with the Sacramental Coordinator to complete paperwork and undertake instruction prior to the baptism taking place.

For school children aged 4-5 years and above

Please find the Sacramental Coordinator on Tuesdays and Thursdays in office hours (9am-3pm), to make an appointment to discuss the process, complete paperwork and pay $10.00 for the instruction book.

School age children undertake four weeks of instruction prior to baptism. Baptism is then often booked to take place during one the weekend Masses.

Dates for the Sacraments of Reconciliations, First Communion and Confirmation can be found on the website and in the Parish Newsletter “Bridie”. These dates are rarely subject to change but if any changes occur they are noted in Bridie plus on the website.
